Jabra launches Evolve2 30 headphones in India starting at Rs 10,922

  

Jabra has launched Jabra Evolve2 30 headphones with a 2-microphone call technology for voice calls and online meetings.

Launched in two variants - STEREO and MONO -- the Evolve2 30 STEREO costs Rs 12,149 and Evolve2 30 MONO costs Rs 10,922. The headphones will be available for sale from mid-March through Jabra authorised resellers. Both the headphones are available in black colour,

It also has 28mm speakers and an ‘advanced digital chipset’ for improved audio quality for both calls and playback.

These include a dedicated Microsoft Teams button so you can jump in and out of virtual meetings easily.

The Evolve2 30 is also available in a Microsoft Teams certified variant, which comes with a dedicated Microsoft Teams button so you can jump in and out of virtual meetings with just one touch, while the boom arm allows you to easily mute and unmute yourself in an instant.

The headphones have oval memory foam ear cushions with the angled earcup design and a single-sided busylight that turns on automatically when you’re on a call and can also be turned on manually to signal “do-not-disturb”.

Apple acquires weather app Dark Sky, to shut down Android version in June

Apple  has acquired popular weather app Dark Sky and will shut down its Android and Wear OS versions in July. However, terms of the deal was not disclosed. According to Dark Sky, service to existing users and subscribers will continue until July 1, at which point the app will be shut down. Subscribers who are still active at that time will receive a refund. The Android app of Dark Sky has been downloaded more than a million times on playstore. "Our goal has always been to provide the world with the best weather information possible, to help as many people as we can stay dry and safe, and to do so in a way that respects your privacy," Dark Sky co-founder Adam Grossman said in a statement on Tuesday. "There is no better place to accomplish these goals than at Apple. We're thrilled to have the opportunity to reach far more people, with far more impact, than we ever could alone," he added. Finance Ministry tells state-run banks to shore up credit to MSMEs

Union Budget 2019 : The finance ministry has told the chief executives of all public sector banks (PSBs) to review credit facilities made available to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and take ‘corrective’ measures to ensure the firms get adequate funds. The finance ministry has told the PSB chief executives in an official communication to assign a chief general manager, or a general manager-level officer to “do an in-depth analysis of the progress made and issues in availability of credit, still being faced by the MSMEs”. While taking “corrective actions” and doing the analysis, nodal general managers are supposed to submit details to the finance ministry of MSMEs taking credit from banks, non-performing MSME accounts, MSME accounts restructured following to the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI's) January scheme and the MSMEs still uncovered by it, among others.
